Choose your favorite vegetables - we use peppers, asparagus, zucchini, broccoli. Cut them all to the desired size and shape. Blend the flour, then add a large handful of roasted minibeans and grind until you get the flour of the desired coarseness. We use both fine and coarse grinds. Beat an egg or two (depending on how many vegetables you can tolerate), add salt and pepper. Heat oil suitable for frying in a deep pan. The vegetables are dipped in egg, then in flour, and to get a crispier crust, this process is repeated. Place on a pan and fry until the vegetable crust is golden.

For a fuller taste, a simple cream sauce is also prepared: add fresh garlic, grated hard cheese, greens, a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper to the sour cream. Everything is mixed.
